Seasalt Greetings Cards Are A Cornish Collaboration
Popular coastal lifestyle brand, Seasalt, have teamed up with fellow Cornish business, Art Cards Cornwall, to produce a beautiful new range of greetings cards to add to their range of clothing, accessories and homeware.
Based in Newlyn, Art Cards have used recycled papers to produce the range of 12 cards designed by Seasalt, which will all go on sale from the end of May, and all of the cards have been printed and produced in the UK.
“We’re lucky to have a very clever team of designers and illustrators and have been using our illustrations and designs on our jute bags for many years no. They have proved extremely popular so the move into putting these onto greetings cards seemed like a natural step”, says Seasalt Joint Managing Director, Neil Chadwick.
Many of the greetings cards have a maritime feel with fishermen, puffins and lighthouses as well as scenes around Cornwall. They are also conveniently generic in their messaging so can be used for all occasions.
Speaking on the collaboration with Seasalt, Paula Nicholls, director, said “We were thrilled to work with such a well-known and popular brand. We know their standards are high and it’s great to have been able to help Seasalt find new ways of sharing their wonderful designs.”
Seasalt greetings cards will be available to buy from Seasalt shops and online at seasaltcornwall.co.uk, at bettyboyns.co.uk and additional good retailers. They will be priced at £3 each.
